What is the average shipping time?

Processing times for shipments are 1-2 business days. It takes an average of2-3 business days for delivery of your purchase, depending on location.

For Pre Order items and limited drops shipping may take up to 15 days.

 How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. 

What are the available payment options?

OSF Group LLC accepts credit/debit cards only. No other payment options are facilitated.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it is placed?

Orders can be changed or modified until an order is fulfilled. Please email us at hello@buyfire.com immediately.

Can I change my shipping address?

You can change your shipping address in your account settings. Also, you can provide a different address at the time of check out. Once your order has been placed, you cannot modify your address.

What if I get a damaged item or the wrong item?

Please carefully inspect your order promptly upon delivery. Should you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer service support via hello@buyfire.com.

What if my shipment is lost or delayed? 

If a shipment goes 10 or more business days without carrier scans or movements, we can deem the shipment as lost and offer a replacement order or a refund.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of products ordered from buyfire.com within 30 days of receiving your order. You can exchange for a different product, return for store credit, or refund the original payment method. Email us at hello@buyfire.com to initiate the return process.

If you purchased our product through another source, you will need to go directly to that source for any returns.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

If a package is returned to us due to address errors, marked "unclaimed" or “return to sender,” or has been deemed undeliverable for any reason by the final carrier, please notify us at hello@buyfire.com. Once the package is delivered back to us, our returns team will process it, refund the subtotal of your order, or for free shipping orders, a 15% restocking fee.

PROMOTIONAL PRODUCT RETURN

Please inspect products immediately upon arrival. We do not accept any return/exchange requests for promotional items unless they are proven defective.

All return/exchange requests must be made within 10 days of the date of purchase. We can only give store credit for opened products.

* OSF Group LLC reserves the right to deny any return/exchange requests.

* OSF Group LLC limits the number of exchanges/returns to 2x products, per customer, per month.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

3rd Party Carriers will attempt to deliver and may leave the package at the door or on your porch. We are not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after the driver confirms delivery of the package. If you suspect your package is lost or stolen contact hello@buyfire.com
